Roles and Responsibilities  
  • Support the Director in the day-to-day management of all SSMC digital channels to achieve organizational objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive demand for key service lines
  • Support the Director in managing the website, delivering the SEO strategy, and enhancing Google rating and website performance
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of SEO to enhance the brand’s organic ranking.
  • Support the Director in delivering the social media strategy to increase engagement and generate a positive brand presence locally and regionally
  • Support the Director in delivering annual digital campaigns to drive demand to key service lines.
  • Support the Director in day-to-day analytics, monitor business dynamics, and apply changes to promotional plans to improve performance, meet set targets and organizational growth plans.
  • In-depth knowledge and an excellent proof record in setting and managing Google paid search campaigns, setting and managing CPL/CPA targets in AdWords, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Proof track record in setting-up and managing successful GDNs, programmatic, and push campaigns to meet set objectives.
  • Coordinate the development of emailer campaigns and E-newsletters and oversee execution and performance.
  • Support the Director in the management of the social media monthly content calendar and planning the organic and paid performance of social media channels to meet the set targets per channel.
  • Support the Director in delivering B2B digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a strong work ethic. Detailed-oriented with proven organizational skills.
  • Hands-on setting-up and managing paid campaigns including search, display, programmatic, push campaigns, etc,..
  • Track record of managing and optimizing user funnels with a high level of data analytics skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data management.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Strong understanding of UAE and GCC market dynamics.
  • Strong internal consulting skills and ability to champion change and drive organizational improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills capable of communicating and coordinating with multiple departments.
  • A team player with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Must have the ability to interact with executive level and influence others.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic with advanced English writing skills.
  • Advanced creative thinking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  Education:  
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Google Adword certifications
    Experience Required:  
  • 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience within the region is highly desirable.
