Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the process for review and submission of Jawda and HQI performance measures as per established process and timelines.
  • Ensure a reliable process of KPI collection, robust validation and analysis, yielding comparative data and reports that will help the practice team to improve the efficiency of care delivery.
  • Develop monthly KPI performance trend reports and analyse KPI performance data to trigger action plan and performance improvement.
  • Present and communicate the trend report and data analysis to relevant departments and committees to monitor performance and improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with Tasneef Jawda data certification and coordinate the audit requirements and findings with all stakeholders to ensure action plans are developed for further compliance.
  • Partner with the practice to implement quality improvement projects to improve the practice, and patient outcome.
  • Coordinate with other departments/sections for the development, implementation, and monitoring of departmental quality metrics / measures and quality improvement program
  • Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures for the identification, collection, and analysis of KPI measures data.
  • Monitor action plans development and progress to ensure closing the loop.
  • Monitoring and assessing quality outcomes / trends to provide accurate and timely information for planning and practice change
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and align clinical quality and patient safety key performance indicators measurement, enabling benchmarking and improvement.
  • Partner with the practice to monitor clinical practice guidelines and initiate action plan for compliance.
  • Develop clinical audit plans in collaboration with different practice teams and assist in monitoring key aspects of the plan
  • Coordinating and supervising the clinical audit data collection, analysis, and reporting of statistical and audit information
  • Assisting in the delivery of clinical audit training to other staff that plan to undertake clinical audit
  • Partner with IT team to develop the KPI automated report, dashboards and technology infrastructure needed to support quality improvement programs.
  • Maintaining positive and effective working relationships within the department/division and with other departments/sections within the facility.
  • Participation in assigned committees /taskforces
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in quality management or in relevant field
  • Recognized certifications such as certified proficiency in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Medical Quality (CMQ), lean six sigma etc.
  • Experience in data management, performance, and quality management principles.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Computer literacy and medical terminology comprehension are essential
  • Proficiency in the use of computer programs for excels, spreadsheets, data analysis, creation of graphs and charts.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
