Key Responsibilities of the Role :  
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation per department policy
  • Maintaining purchase orders i.e. expediting, change orders, cancellations, etc.
  • Receiving approved Purchase Orders from seniors and ensuring all Purchase Orders are duly authorized
  • Coordinating sourcing for all goods and services required for designated facility
  • Processing purchase requisitions and orders, acquiring price quotations, and coordinating delivery of goods and services
  • Coordinating purchase return
  • Preparing weekly/monthly purchase and other expense reports
  • Creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers
  • prudent purchasing philosophy
  • Participating in all team efforts as required
  • Collaborating with other members of the team to carry out work smoothly.
  Education requirements :  
  •   Diploma or equivalent
  Experience required:  
  •   1-2 years of relevant Experience
