Responsible for assisting the purchasing department in coordinating purchasing activities for the facility by performing tasks including but not limited to receiving orders, placing orders, and expediting purchase of all product requests and orders

Key Responsibilities of the Role :
Maintaining appropriate documentation per department policy
Maintaining purchase orders i.e. expediting, change orders, cancellations, etc.
Receiving approved Purchase Orders from seniors and ensuring all Purchase Orders are duly authorized
Coordinating sourcing for all goods and services required for designated facility
Processing purchase requisitions and orders, acquiring price quotations, and coordinating delivery of goods and services
Coordinating purchase return
Preparing weekly/monthly purchase and other expense reports
Creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers
