Roles and Responsibilities  
  • Develop of all types of marketing collaterals, managing the creative process from start to finish to ensure copy and design are complying with brand standards and of the highest quality.
  • Develop creative briefs and coordinate videography and photography tasks.
  • Coordinate offline and online media buys and manage creative deliverables.
  • Support the Director in delivering brand and service line integrated campaigns across the mix.
  • Develop briefs for intergraded marketing and communications campaigns, and oversee the execution.
  • Coordinate the delivery of internal and external events
  • Coordinate mid and post-campaign performance reports
  • Support the Director in conducting market research exercises

  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Strong understanding of UAE and GCC market dynamics.
  • Strong internal consulting skills and ability to champion change and drive organizational improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills capable of communicating and coordinating with multiple departments.
  • A team player with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Must have the ability to interact with executive level and influence others.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic with advanced English writing skills.
  • Advanced creative thinking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  Education:  
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent industry marketing experience
  Experience Required:  
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
