With over two decades of extensive experience, Dr. Molesi has worked in both in-hospital and out-of-hospital emergency settings. With a demonstrated history of providing care in extreme, hostile and difficult environments, he is well-versed in all aspects of emergency medicine. He obtained his master’s degree in Hyperbaric and Diving Medicine, allowing him to work at the Italian Antarctica base.

Furthermore, Dr. Molesi also possesses experience as an organ donor manager, in obstetric anesthesia and in flight medicine. He is an active participant in hospital and team-based settings, providing a high standard of clinical competence and evidence-based care. He also plays a key role in counseling any patient or complex case referred for a specialized opinion.
