Possessing four decades of extensive experience, Dr. Alkasser is a distinguished physician well-versed in the fields of cardiology and internal medicine. Having obtained a fellowship and membership in the Royal College of Physicians, UK, he is also a fellow of the Iraqi Commission for Medical Specializations (FICMS). Prior to working at SSMC, he served as a consultant cardiologist at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC). Furthermore, he has performed numerous academic roles across the Middle East, including at Kuwait Teaching Hospital, Sanaa University in Yemen and Al Mustansiriya University in Iraq.
