Dr. Al Zaabi is a distinguished medical professional with an extensive career in hematopathology and laboratory medicine. She completed her MBBS at the Faculty of Medicine in UAE University, Al Ain, and furthered her expertise by obtaining FRCPC (Canadian Board) in Hematopathology in 2007, followed by a Research Fellowship in 2008.

Internationally, she contributes to the ISBT immunohematology working group, displaying her dedication to advancing medical knowledge and practices.

Her exceptional contributions have garnered well-deserved recognition, including the Abu Dhabi Medical Distinction Award in 2013 and the Best Executive Director Award from SEHA in 2014. In 2017, Dr. Eiman achieved the remarkable feat of securing the 2nd place in the Abu Dhabi Excellence Award in Government Performance, further exemplifying her commitment to excellence in her field.
