Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) is delighted to announce the upcoming second Intercollegiate MRCS OSCE Examination, conducted by the renowned Royal College of Surgeons of England. Scheduled to take place from 6 to 10 August, this in-person examination will welcome over 180 aspiring surgeons from across the globe.
The Intercollegiate MRCS Part B (OSCE) combines foundational surgical scientific knowledge with its clinical application. Its purpose is to build on the knowledge assessed in Part A and evaluate its application in clinically relevant contexts through a series of stations reflecting everyday clinical practice. Hosting this examination reflects SSMC’s dedication to advancing medical education, meeting the stringent standards set by the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and our commitment to training the next generation of surgeons.
We are honoured to be a part of this significant milestone. Together, we are shaping the future of surgical excellence.
