Dr. Bin Amro is a dedicated specialist in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus.
Her medical journey began at UAE University, where she completed her medical degree. She furthered her training through the Abu Dhabi Ophthalmology Residency Programme, achieving certification from the Arab Board.
To deepen her expertise, Dr. Ashwaq pursued fellowships in paediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at the University of Montreal, Canada. She further honed her skills in paediatric glaucoma through an additional fellowship at the same institution.
Currently, she serves as a faculty member of the Abu Dhabi Ophthalmology Residency Programme and is actively engaged in organising scientific conferences, contributing to advancements in the field.
