Dr. Al Madani has more than two decades of experience in nephrology and internal medicine. He completed his specialist training in Canada, earning Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. After returning to the UAE in 2013, he played a key role in establishing the SEHA Kidney Care network and implementing the group practice model of nephrology.
At SEHA Kidney Care, Dr. Al Madani specialises in the management of acute and chronic kidney disease, dialysis therapies, and renal replacement treatments. His clinical interests include home dialysis, peritoneal dialysis, haemodialysis, and improving the delivery of kidney care services across the UAE.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Al Madani holds a Master’s degree in health care administration and has been actively involved in postgraduate medical education. He has served as Postgraduate Nephrology Education Lead at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City and continues to contribute to the development of nephrology training and clinical programmes in the region.
