She completed a 4-year internal medicine training programme under the Sudan Medical Specialisation Board, followed by a specialised 2-year training in infectious diseases and tropical medicine at Omdurman Hospital of Tropical Medicine. Her professional journey also includes serving as an Internal Medicine Specialist at Ibn Al-Haytham Diagnostic and Therapeutic Centre in Khartoum, Sudan, and Ajman General Speciality Hospital in Ajman, UAE. Dr. Kheir is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. She utilises her extensive knowledge and expertise to diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions. She has a special interest in infectious diseases, including malaria, tuberculosis, dengue fever, Zika virus and tropical diseases.
