Dr. Dubniks furthered his training in cardiothoracic anesthesia and critical care at Hopital Broussais in Paris, France. Notably, he contributed significantly as a lecturer in postgraduate Swedish national courses in anesthesia and critical care, at Lund University Hospital, Sweden.

A dedicated member of the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine and the Neurocritical Care Society, Dr. Dubniks holds licenses from the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi, the Swedish National Board of Health, and the Norwegian Directorate of Health. His academic journey includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Stradins University, a Ph.D. in medicine specializing in anesthesiology and critical care from Lund University, and certifications such as the European Diploma in Intensive Care (E.D.I.C.).
