We are pleased to welcome you to the 1-Day Multidisciplinary Bronchoscopy Course, designed for clinicians from ICU, Anesthesia, Pulmonology, Emergency Medicine, and Thoracic Surgery.

This intensive program brings together experts and learners to strengthen shared skills in airway anatomy, bronchoscope handling, flexible bronchoscopy techniques, and safe airway management in challenging clinical situations.

Through focused lectures, hands-on stations, and team-based simulation, participants will gain practical experience in bronchoscopy procedures, integration with non-invasive ventilation, and multidisciplinary decision-making.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand bronchoscope structure, safe handling, and pre-use checks.
  • Recognize key airway anatomy and prepare patients for bronchoscopy.
  • Perform basic flexible bronchoscopy techniques (inspection, BAL, brushing).
  • Understand how to combine bronchoscopy with NIV safely.
  • Apply fiberoptic techniques to assist intubation and airway management.
  • Manage complications and perform safe decision-making during bronchoscopy.
