Join us for our first Burns Rehabilitation Course proudly presented by the SSMC Burns Centre of Excellence Burns Rehabilitation team. The course will be held on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th April 2026, at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC), Abu Dhabi.
This two (2) day course aims to provide allied health participants with sufficient information in the rehabilitation of the acute and post-acute burn patient with a particular focus on the complex burn patient. The course supplements existing rehabilitation knowledge with burn specific knowledge to enable participants to assess, develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for the burn’s patient. Key clinical techniques are demonstrated, and essential topics are explored in greater depth through scenario-based clinical case examples and hands-on demonstrations.
This course will also provide an opportunity for rehabilitation professionals to network and learn more about burns in the region.
The course will be accredited with Abu Dhabi Department of Health CME hours. Please note numbers are limited to a maximum of 24 participants per course. So early booking is essential.
