Dr. Al Daghma has served as a physician in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and the Emergency Room (ER) and an ICU registrar at Al Zahra Private Hospital in the UAE. Dr. Al Daghma is licensed by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare in Sweden, a Doctor of Medicine by the Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt, and holds a license from the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi. He is an active member of the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine. Dr. Al Daghma holds a Medicinae Universae Doctor (MUDr) – Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia.

His commitment and excellence in the field have been recognized with an appreciation for his great performance at Rahba Hospital, where he served as an ICU physician.
