A UK-trained Emergency Medicine consultant, Dr. Barnett completed his training in London as well as completing his consultant post at Imperial College London. DR. Barett has 20 years of intensive experience and has been working in the UAE for 6 years. He is active on the RCEM Safer Care Committee and is interested in patient safety.
