Dr. AlZarooni is a double board-certified general surgeon and received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from United Arab Emirates (UAE) University. Subsequently, he underwent his surgical training in an ACGME-I certified residency program. Dr. AlZarooni’s fields of interest are hepatobiliary surgery and abdominal transplantation. He previously worked at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) as a hepatobiliary and renal transplant specialist. Furthermore, Dr. AlZarooni is a member of the International Society for Organ Donation and Procurement (ISODP) and the International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (IHPBA).
