Dr. Engelmann has over two decades of extensive experience in Anesthesia, Emergency Medical Services, and ICU. He has gained valuable expertise in the field by working at renowned institutions in Germany, Switzerland and the UK. Prior to joining SSMC, Dr. Engelmann was heading the Anesthesia Department at King’s College Hospital, UAE.

A member of the Professional Association of German Anaesthesiologists, Dr. Engelmann received his medical degree from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany. He has authored or co-authored a wide range of scientific papers in peered-reviewed medical journals.
