Trained in the UK, he brings a decade of expertise to the field, having served as an emergency medicine consultant and medical educator in Abu Dhabi. With memberships in prestigious organizations such as the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (F.R.C.E.M.), Royal Society of Medicine (M.R.S.M.), and the Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.) in the UK, Dr. Ayathan is committed to advancing the standards of emergency medicine. His expertise extends to trauma care, adult and pediatric resuscitation simulation training, and medical education. Licensed by the General Medical Council (GMC) in the UK and the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi, Dr. Ayathan holds a Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCT) from the UK. He has been awarded the Excellence in Teaching Award from the Department of Academic Affairs.
