With over a decade of experience in treating conditions of the ear, nose and throat, Dr. Tassew has gained extensive surgical expertise through practicing in Africa and the UAE. Following graduation from Addis Ababa University’s Faculty of Medicine, Ethiopia, he earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and held a number of prominent leadership positions, including serving as Vice-Chair of St. Paul’s Hospital Millenium Medical College’s Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. Moreover, Dr. Tassew is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS) and is a Fellow of the College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa (COSECSA). In addition to his clinical training, he has been highly involved in teaching medical students and residents for over a decade.
