Dr. Mohamed Al Ali, M.B.B.S., F.R.C.S.C., is a consultant surgeon with the otolaryngology – head and neck surgery (ENT) division at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) in Abu Dhabi.

With 16 years of experience in Canada and the UAE, Dr. Al Ali specialises in laryngology and phoniatric surgery, and head and neck oncology surgery. Having completed his specialisation in otolaryngology in 2017 at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, Dr. Al Ali is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and also serves as chairman of the Thyroid Multidisciplinary Tumour Board at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. Dr. Al Ali’s proficiency also extends to surgical specialisations in areas including laryngeal laser and reconstruction surgery, upper airway stenosis, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, salivary gland surgery, and general head and neck reconstruction surgery.
