EARLY HEART ATTACK CARE (EHAC)

EARLY HEART ATTACK CARE (EHAC)
An early heart attack is the beginning stage of a heart attack, during which the blood supply to part of the heart muscle is reduced or blocked. During this stage, warning signs may be mild, intermittent, or mistaken for less serious conditions, causing many people to delay seeking medical care.

Common symptoms include chest pain or discomfort, shortness of breath, cold sweating, nausea, dizziness, unusual fatigue, and pain that may spread to the arm, shoulder, neck, jaw, or back. People with high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, smoking habits, or a history of cardiovascular disease are at greater risk. Without prompt treatment, the blockage can worsen, leading to permanent damage to the heart muscle.

Recognizing the early warning signs and seeking immediate medical attention can reduce heart damage, improve recovery, and save lives.
