6th Annual International Patient Experience Symposium

Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) is participating at the 6th Annual International Patient Experience Symposium, scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi from May 27 – 29, 2024. Under the theme “Transformative Empathy: Where Care Meets Innovation”, the event will feature exciting workshops and presentations facilitated by industry leaders.

As presenting partners, several SSMC staff members make up part of the symposium’s scientific committee, including committee chairperson and speaker Dr. Hassa Almazrouei, medical director of Patient Experience, as well as Amna Al Mesafri, director of Patient Experience, and Dr. Imad Al Majzoub, consultant physician, medical emergency.
