With four years of experience, Dr. Alrifai remains technologically updated and has interest in plastic surgery. Drawing from leadership experience during his university years, Dr. Alrifai is passionate about surgery, backed by relevant exposure in Internal Medicine (IM) and Emergency Department (ED) settings. His professional journey includes serving as a general practitioner in the internal medicine team at SKMC during the COVID pandemic, handling emergency cases at Al Ain Hospital, and functioning as a general practitioner clinic and home care physician for VIPs at AHS, where he also assumed a team leadership role. Additionally, he briefly pursued a general surgery residency in Egypt before redirecting his focus to healthcare in the UAE. Dr. Alrifai’s expertise spans general surgery, COVID management, and plastic surgery. He holds licenses in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and from the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi. His educational background features a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.Ch) from the Faculty Of Medicine Kasr Al-Ainy, Cairo University, Egypt. Dr. Alrifai’s commitment to healthcare extends to volunteer work at events, showcasing his dedication to community well-being.
