As a board-certified consultant pediatrician with extensive neonatology experience, he has worked in high-volume labor and delivery services and large Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Units. Dr. Alshorman has contributed significantly to healthcare, having been part of Doctors Without Borders (MSF), where he played a pivotal role in establishing neonatal units worldwide. He served as the international speaker for MSF’s Access Campaign, demonstrating his commitment to global healthcare initiatives. Dr. Alshorman holds licenses from the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi, the Royal College of Pediatric and Child Health (R.C.P.C.H.) in the UK, and the Jordanian Pediatric Board. His educational background includes a High Specialization Degree in Pediatrics from Jordan University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) from the same institution. Dr. Alshorman is a member of the Jordanian Pediatric Club and Operation Smile in Jordan. His extensive professional journey reflects a commitment to neonatal care and global health advocacy.
