Dr. Malaz Fadlalla, M.D., M.Sc., is the chief consultant in child and adolescent psychiatry at Sakina, Abu Dhabi Healthcare Company (SEHA), in Abu Dhabi. She will be available for appointments at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City on Wednesdays, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

With extensive experience, Dr. Fadlalla provides high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care for young patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As chief consultant, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing compulsory care legislation and evaluating the work of specialist psychiatrists. Dr. Fadlalla has also led the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency Programme, where she has mentored and supported the professional development of junior residents. Committed to advancing mental health care for young people through both clinical practice and education, Dr. Fadhalla is an active member of prestigious professional organisations, including the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP), the International Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions (IACAPAP), and the Swedish Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (SFBUP).
