A UK-trained surgeon, Dr. Marsden earned his medical degree and a B.Sc. in anatomy from Cardiff University, followed by surgical training rotations across South Wales. He served as a clinical research fellow at the National Institute for Social Care and Health Research (NISCHR), obtaining his research M.D. from Swansea University.
