After graduating from the University of Sharjah, UAE, Dr. Alkhoja completed a one-year internship in Amman, Jordan. Since 2020, she has been completing her paediatrics residency training at SSMC. She holds dual board certifications in paediatrics, the Arab board certificate and the Jordanian board certificate, and is on track to receive both the Emirati board certificate and membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. Her passion for research began during her time as a research fellow at the Sharjah Institute for Medical Research, where she specialised in cancer cell studies and novel pharmacological agents. She has contributed to published research and presented at numerous international conferences. Throughout her residency, she has conducted various research projects, including case reports and descriptive analyses. Committed to advancing her career as a paediatrician, Dr. Alkhoja is focused on improving patient care and optimising health outcomes.
