With 8 years of experience in the UAE, Dr. Khalil received his medical degree from the University of Sharjah before undergoing his surgical training at Rashid Hospital, one of the largest trauma centers in the region. After completing his training, he joined the burns and plastic surgery team at SSMC to further hone his skills in reconstruction and wound management. He is a fellow of the Arab Board of Health Specializations (ABHS) and is licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DoH).
