Dr. Yara Al Jalbout, MD, BS, is a Consultant in the Anesthesia and Pain Management Department at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) in Abu Dhabi.

An American Board Certified Anesthesiologist, Dr. Al Jalbout brings more than 13 years of experience in anesthesiology, holding clinical and educational leadership roles in prestigious hospitals and institutions in the USA and her home country Lebanon. She has a special interest and is highly trained in simulation and medical education, in addition to regional and obstetric anesthesiology. Dr. Al Jalbout received her Bachelor of Science (BS) from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in Lebanon before pursuing her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the same university and then earning a Diploma in Simulation for Medical Education from the Lebanese American University (LAU).
