Endoscopic Ear Course
Objectives
This course aims to introduce Endoscopic Ear Surgery (EES) as a minimally invasive technique for the diagnosis and management of external, middle, and inner ear pathologies, with applications extending to lateral skull base interventions. Key objectives include:
- Presenting EES as a modern standard of care alongside conventional microscopic approaches.
- Demonstrating its application in managing a wide spectrum of conditions such as safe and unsafe middle-ear disease, otosclerosis, glomus tympanicum tumours, ventilation tube insertion, and middle-ear exploration.

Objectives
Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) is one of the most performed procedures in otolaryngology. The primary objective of this course is to enhance postgraduate trainees’ surgical training by:

Sialendoscopy Course
Objectives
Sialendoscopy is a minimally invasive endoscopic procedure for evaluating and treating salivary gland ductal system disorders. This course seeks to:
- Introduce sialendoscopy as the contemporary standard of care in the management of salivary gland ductal pathologies, including sialolithiasis, strictures, and benign conditions such as juvenile recurrent parotitis (JRP), Sjögren’s syndrome, and radiation-induced sialadenitis (including post-radioactive iodine therapy).
- Emphasise gland-preserving approaches for both parotid and submandibular glands to improve patient quality of life.
