Dr. Abualkas has over 12 years of experience in the field, having completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program and a 3-year Fellowship Training Program in Gastroenterology. She received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Ain Shams University, Egypt. In addition to her medical roles, Dr. Abualkas facilitated clinical services within several internal medicine sub-specialties and covered inpatient, outpatient, emergency care, ICU and CCU.
