Dr. Sundos Ahmed completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) at the University of Sharjah, UAE. Dr. Ahmed’s professional journey of nine years showcases her commitment to excellence. Dr. Sundos Ahmed holds a license from the Arab Board in Internal Medicine, UAE. Her educational journey extends beyond her medical degree, with a master’s in leadership and innovation in healthcare from The Royal College of Surgeons, UAE. She has previously worked as an internal medicine specialist at Mafraq Hospital. She also completed her residency and interned at Mafraq Hospital, UAE.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Sundos is an active member of various task forces at SSMC, including the difficult IV access team task force and the outpatient task force, contributing to the ongoing transformation of medical practices. Currently serving as the medical director of the B8 medical unit at SSMC, she brings exceptional leadership skills to her role.
