In addition to clinical services, we provide education and training for medical students and participate in infection-related research projects locally and internationally. We also help to organise multiple national and international conferences on infectious diseases, and are members of expert groups that help to develop global guidelines, such as the World Health Organization (WHO) COVID-19 Guideline Development Group.
INFECTIOUS DISEASES SERVICESWe are the first hospital in the Middle East to develop and use the Firstline App, which is the world’s most prominent clinical point of care application for antimicrobial management, enabling healthcare practitioners to share their expertise and help improve patient care from their mobile phones.
